1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Predictabot ("the Service"), operated by Predictabot ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Predictabot provides whale trade tracking, alerts, and analytics for prediction markets including Polymarket. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature access.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Service provides informational data and analytics only. Nothing on Predictabot constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance of tracked wallets does not guarantee future results.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Predictabot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to us.

8. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and timely data, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information displayed on the Service. Blockchain data, wallet attribution, and market data may contain errors or delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predictabot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
